Open the file manager and then add the following to the URL in the address bar (and press enter to go)

&showhidden=1&saveoption=1

If BlueHost would simply update cPanel, we wouldn’t be stuck with antiquated bugs :/

Note: cPanel 3 released in 1999. BlueHost still using cPanel 2.2.32

Get with the program BlueHost… time to stop using an outdated and unsupported version of cPanel. You obviously cannot fix it internally (see age of issue).
