Open Cart currently comes with the remotely hosted Paymate payment solution. This new extension however, allows you to receive payment without sending the customer to paymate.com!
Note: Utilization of Paymate’s Sentinel API requires a Paymate.com account AND approval from Paymate Client Services to receive API credentials.

It has been a long time coming, but I finally decided to turn off user registrations today. 99% of the “registrations” are just spam bots looking for a hole anyhow. My apologies to any of you who were removed that are genuine people looking for update notifications.
I will be starting a new extension soon that will enable you to import, export and update products in your Open Cart store using simple CSV files.
I have looked around the extension directory and notice that most of these fall short or only update limited information such as stock on hand, or base prices. My extension will attempt to work with most, if not all, of the core fields of a 1.5.6 +/- vanilla install.

Here’s an example: $50 / (1 – 0.2 = 0.8) = $62.50
The sale price is $50. The discount is %20 percent. First we subtract the discount 0.2 from 1 resulting in 0.8. Dividing the sale price by that number results in the original price of $62.50. Continue reading
